Southern Insurance Underwriters, Inc. is represented by over 2,500 Independent Agents, primarily in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee. In addition to the corporate office in Atlanta, SIU has a branch office in Lake Mary, Florida.
SIU is an active participant in national, state and local insurance organizations including Professional Insurance Agents (PIA), and the Independent Insurance Agents (IIA). SIU is also very involved in many local charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, YMCA, Atlanta Area Food Bank, Cherokee County Children and Family Services, Veteran and Military groups, local churches as well as various softball, basketball and baseball teams throughout the region.
