Paperless Billing Statements and Direct Deposit

SIU Accounting Becomes Paperless October 1^st!  

PAPERLESS BILLING: 

WHAT IS CHANGING?

• Starting October 1, 2018 with the September billing statements, SIU will no longer be mailing a paper statement.

WHAT IS THE SAME?

• Statements are available the 1^st business day of the month online at siuins.com.
• A PDF version of the statement is available for download
• An email notification will be sent to the Accounting contact(s) on file for the agency when the new statement is available online.
• A real time view of agency statements can always be accessed at insuranceeasypay.com
• The due date for payment is the 15^th of the month

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?

• Update/confirm the Agency Accounting contact(s)
  • Login to siuins.com > MY SIU > Agency Admin Area >  Agency Admin Information
  • Provide a primary and secondary accounting contact email
• On the 1^st business day of the month login, to siuins.com to obtain the statement
  • Login to siuins.com > MY SIU > Agency Admin Area > Download Your Agency and/or Direct Bill Statement
    • Select the year, then the month
• Pay your statement by the 15^th of the month either by check or online at insuranceeasypay.com

WHAT IS THE LOGIN INFORMATION?

• Usernames are based on the email address on file;
• Forgot the password? Click the “Reset Password” button on the login area to have password reset and sent to your email

DIRECT DEPOSIT of AGENCY COMMISSION & REFUNDS:

WHAT IS CHANGING?

• Starting October 1, 2018 Direct Deposit of the Agency Commission and Refunds will be available

 WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?

• Download the Direct Deposit Authorization form (click here to download)
• Complete the form and be sure to attach a copy of a VOIDED CHECK
• Scan and email the Authorization form to our secure email address: accountingsecure@siuins.com
