Binding Restrictions and What To Do After A Loss
Carriers have lifted binding restrictions and we have activated our online raters. In the personal property platform, we have also given agents the ability to lower TIV and premiums by reducing the coverage for defaulted personal property and other structure amounts. SIU has also added the ability to copy quotes to the commercial platform.

Use the drop-down menu on our claims page to find carrier contact information. Lloyds/Great Lakes claims must be reported directly to Southern Insurance Underwriters.
