If you are a Policyholder:
Claims should be submitted directly to the Insurance Company and not SIU. If you have an insurance policy written through Southern Insurance Company with any Insurance Company other than Great Lakes, select the Insurance Company from the drop-down menu above. Each Insurance Company has contact information, including a phone number and email you can use to report the claim.
