EasyPay is now online and active for processing payments. Website online rating is available for agents. Our team can access systems in the new network environment, but we are still working hard to ensure every team member can fully utilize their new desktop environments. You may continue to experience delayed replies and issues connecting with a team member over the phone.
We will be working hard these next two weeks to clear all tasks and it will be a team effort to make sure we get back to service standards for you and your customers.
