- Acceptable risk transfer to subs (GL/Auto/Employer Liability limits equal to contractor we are insuring; AI for ongoing and completed operations; Primary/Non-contributory wording; Waiver of subrogation)
- Package minimum premium $5,000 except
- $10,000 for Mechanical, Plumbing and Concrete Contractors
